A Year of Design: 2025 Projects and 2026 Plans

A look back at the websites, branding and design work I delivered in 2025 — and how it can help your business in 2026.
As we start a new year, I wanted to take a moment to look back at some of the work I completed in 2025 and share how that experience can help support new projects in 2026.
It was a busy year working with a range of businesses on website design, branding and graphic design — helping them present themselves more clearly and professionally, both online and in print.
Website Design & Builds
In 2025, I designed and built a variety of websites, from clean brochure-style sites to more complex e-commerce builds. One of the projects I enjoyed most was designing and building Exmoor Magazine's new e-commerce website. Their old site was old, dated and didn't work well on small screens, so it needed a complete redesign. The focus on my sites has been on modern design, clear navigation and mobile-friendly layouts that are easy for customers to use and simple for clients to manage.
Each project was tailored to the business — no templates, just thoughtful design that supports real goals.
Branding & Logo Design
Alongside web projects, I worked on branding and logo design for new and established businesses. This included logo creation, visual refreshes and building consistent brand styles that work across websites, social media and print.
Strong branding makes a huge difference, and many clients came to me looking to tighten things up visually or move away from outdated designs.
Graphic Design & Print
Graphic design continued to be a big part of my work in 2025, including brochures, flyers and other marketing materials. Designing for print alongside digital helps ensure everything feels joined-up and professional. Some of the projects I worked on included designing and printing promotional material for the Dunster Show, producing the Dulverton Literary Festival guide, and producing Maurice Bishop’s 2026 calendar of his artwork.
A Growing Focus on SEO
In 2025, I also started placing more focus on SEO — making sure websites aren’t just visually strong, but are structured in a way that helps them perform better in search results.
This is something I’ll be continuing to build on throughout 2026.
